As of this writing, there are only 73 days left to get your Halloween costume ready for 2008. What are you going to be this year? Are you going to procrastinate and come up with a boring last minute costume idea? Or… will you plan ahead and actually do something original. Well, here are a few 2008 Halloween costume ideas to get you started:
The Joker Costume - Like it or not, you’re going to see a LOT of people dressed up as the Joker from Heath Ledger’s Dark Knight performance. Dress up like the “regular” Joker or maybe as the nurse. No matter how many Joker’s are out there, it will still be hilarious. Get a Joker hexagon shirt, throw on some make up and you should be good to go.
Speed Racer Costume - Dress up like your favorite characters in the Speed Racer movie or cartoon. Speed Racer X or if you are a woman maybe you should check out the sexy Trixie Speed Racer costume. Or… just dress up as the regular Speed Racer dude.
Bigfoot Costume - With the recent “discovery” of Bigfoot in Georgia, this is sure to be a huge hit this Halloween. Dress up like a big, hairy Sasquatch and bring home the costume contest loot!
John McCain and Barack Obama Costumes - If you are an older gray haired man or a tall skinny black guy, this will be an easy costume for you. Well, that is if you have big ears. If not, you will need a suit and a John McCain mask or Barack Obama mask. Oh, you might want to wear a suit, too.
